MOVABLE BRIDGE INSPECTION

IH Engineers was responsible for the routine inspection of approach spans of two Movable Bridges – Lower Hack Lift Bridge and Newark Draw. Several serious structural conditions were identified and IH provided repair recommendations. IH Engineers also performed Load Rating on Newark Draw due to additional section loss of primary members noted during inspection.
