Mr. Patterson has 31 years of experience in multi-disciplinary projects and all aspects of highway design. He has provided transportation engineering design services, including, but not limited to: resurfacing, reconstruction, and rehabilitation of interstates, freeways, county roads, land service highways, bridges, and signalized and unsignalized intersections. Mr. Patterson has managed transportation projects of all sizes and scopes, with proven experience on a wide variety of transportation projects, including those involving roadway reconstruction, drainage, and utility engineering, Right of Way (ROW), and Access Design, Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT), ADA Compliance and Context Sensitive Design. He has overseen plan preparation of multi-disciplined, multi-sub-consultant projects. He has successfully completed projects for clients including NJDOT, NJTA, DRJTBC, DVRPC, NYSDOT, and several Counties.

Mr. Patterson holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and is trained and proficient in Primavera Project Planner, and InRoads software. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey.
