Mr. Bruno has extensive experience in construction inspection, management, and design with an emphasis on transportation projects. He is a seasoned construction manager and has worked for numerous transportation agencies such as the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, New Jersey Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Transportation, NJ TRANSIT, New York State DOT, New York City DOT, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. His experience also extends into environmental, mechanical, electrical, and facilities. Primary components of his experience have been the management of projects of varying complexity in structural, civil, and site development.

Mr. Bruno holds an MSCE in Construction Management and a BS in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a member of ASHE, ASCE, and the ASCE Construction Institute.
