Mr. Young has over 40 years of experience in the transportation industry, including 30 years at the New Jersey Department of Transportation, where he served as Resident Engineer, Project Field Manager, Regional Construction Engineer, and Executive Director of Operations. He has managed staff and operations with over 350 employees. He is adept in the construction management and construction inspection of Highways, Bridges, and Transit facilities and has overseen hundreds of projects varying in size from one hundred thousand dollars to over one hundred million dollars.

Mr. Young holds a BS in Civil Construction Technology from Thomas Edison State College, is certified in NJDOT Project Management, and has extensive training and experience in Construction Claims Management and Project Scheduling.
