Mr. Chiu has extensive experience providing site/civil engineering services, including the design of major highways, roadway reconstruction and rehabilitation, transportation studies, traffic engineering, stormwater management, drainage, and utility engineering. Mr. Chiu has managed a wide range of projects involving stormwater and drainage design, utility engineering, hydraulic studies, hydrological engineering, and environmental permitting applications. He has prepared design exceptions, specifications, and engineering cost estimates for numerous clients.

Mr. Chiu holds an MSCE from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Transportation Engineering & Planning and a BSCE from Jilin University of Technology. He also has Advanced Training in Civil Design and Traffic Analysis Software. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and New York.
