Vice President, Operations Manager

Mr. Szmurlo has over 31 years of civil engineering in highway design, traffic engineering, and construction management. He has managed transportation projects of all sizes and scopes and has proven experience providing QA/QC on a wide variety of transportation projects including those involving drainage, stormwater, utility engineering, Right of Way (ROW), access design, maintenance, and protection of traffic (MPT), and context-sensitive design. Mr. Szmurlo has worked extensively in the U.S. and other markets such as Argentina, India, Kuwait, and UAE. 

Mr. Szmurlo holds an MS in Civil Engineering/Transportation from City College of the City of New York (CCNY). He has a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from Hult International Business School. He is a member of the American Society of Highway Engineers – New York Metro and is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey.
